Once again the information about the session dates of 6 conscripts was not present in the ‘Datalex informative system’

. In seat of Goris of Syunik District Court of First Instance have taken place the serial court session of 6 conscripts. It already have been mentioned about the problems related to the ‘Datalex informative system’ in the Report written and published by ‘ Rights Information Center’ NGO but after the visits to courts it is visible that the problem is not solved and the information and the date of the serial court session was not published in the ‘Datalex’ webpage. The public defenders dealing with this case have visited to Rights Information Center NGO and we discussed with them the involvement of public defenders in civic cases.

Our NGO continues the monitoring of court sessions and the visits to courts.
