The statistic of court sessions in Syunik from May to July 2017

 From  May to July, 2017¸ 544 criminal court sessions were appointed in the First Instance Court of Syunik Region.  Information  of 278 (51.1%) cases from 544 was limited. In the mentioned period, the monitoring group has participated in 41 court sessions involving conscripts, 13 in Kapan and 28 in Goris. The above-mentioned cases referred to Articles 177, 359, 333, 358, 139, 366, 361, 362, 327 of the RA Criminal Code. The monitoring is carried out with the support of NED(National Endowment For Democracy) within the framework of the "Access   to Free  Legal  Aid for Conscripts-2" program.
