Another discussion occurred in the city of Kapan

On 16^th of December, 2016, A discussion occurred in Kapan’s hall of the electronic library. The theme of the discussion was the report of the project ‘Free legal aid to conscripts’ which has been implemented by the NGO since February, 2016.

In the discussion of the report were lawyers ,representatives of NGOs , journalists, youth interested in the problem.
